HGH products were originally developed for children suffering from "stunted growth" related to deficiencies of the hormone. Research results on the impact of HGH on health and ageing has been turning out some very positive results, but it is important to separate fact from fiction when looking at the various products that are available in the market.

Human Growth hormone is not something that necessarily has to ingested. Since it is produced by buy dehydroepiandrosterone body, appropriate stimulus of the pituitary gland can also boost HGH levels in our bodies. Strength training, short regimens of detoxification, and sufficient sleep all contribute to enhanced HGH production in our bodies. Reduction of stress also boosts HGH levels in our system naturally. As consumers, we need to make an informed decision whether we want to use the HGH products available in the market, or to opt for enhancing products to boost HGH levels in our body. HGH products come in several forms:

HGH injections: Injections are the most tested form of HGH treatment, and pretty much all research on this subject thus far is backed by research conducted referencing data on injections. These injections were initially illegal in the United States, but now it has been approved as a prescription drug. HGH injections are the only "tried and tested" way to absorb the hormone. They are still extremely expensive, especially considering that treatment invariably consists of "daily" injections.

HGH Sprays, Pills and Powders: There is no conclusive research yet that proves the efficacy of oral HGH products. There is what is called anecdotal evidence, which means that some people who have used the products have vouched for them, and provided testimonials to that effect. There is still no evidence that HGH can be produced in and orally absorbable form. Most HGH products that can be taken orally may have a modified version of HGH in them. The modification involves binding HGH molecularly to a delivery natural caffeine extract making it possible for the body to absorb the combination. But whether the HGH retains its therapeutic properties in the combination is still open to discussion. Pharmaceutical companies are working on finding an effective way to produce an orally absorbable version of HGH in the unmodified form.

Homeopathic forms of HGH : There are also a large variety of homeopathic HGH products on the market today. Homeopathy works on the concept that very small doses can actually trigger your body to start producing the same effects. Look through the ingredients list to see if real HGH exists in homeopathic alternatives before buying. It may also be listed as pituitarum.

The buy beta alanine line with all products is to not get swept away by the hype surrounding the current "Fountain of Youth".
